Customer had placed the order on 20th Jan.She was very happy that she got it on 23rd for her son's birthday as she wanted. She said she really liked the concept. Child has not started making the Robots. Waiting for his dad to join him. Promised support if required. Sent the video links.."

Customer is a professor at an Engineering college. Buys a lot of Science activities for his 8 year old child but doesn't always have the time to spend with the child. He said the child requires help in doing the activities(orientation) but only after 28th Feb since she has exams till then. Specifically he said she needed help while making egg beater. He also wants to buy the Chemistry kit post exams.

Showed interest in joining the community so that the child is motivated to do the activities.

Ms.Haripriya bought Chemistry kit and Robo kit for her 4 years 4 month old son. She said the child was excited to play with the Robo when mom made it. Regarding the Chemistry kit, the child enjoyed the slime activity but she felt that the chemicals that we give is very less compared to the cost of it. She said the activity which involves baking soda and vinegar didn't work due the less quantity. She also felt they were not fresh and strong enough to work. Suggested her to experience a few more activities and promised to send her re-filling materials if required. She appreciated that the feedback is taken seriously.

Mr.Sankar Das was literally out of words while thanking for the wonderful toy that he got from Butterfly Fields. He bought catapult shooter and Motor machines. His 9 and 14 year old kids are enjoying the catapult shooter and Motor machines is yet to be opened. Orientation support has been offered.
